    0003 learn from my mistakes when choosing a network marketing company

    How to choose a nwm company that fits you I hope to share with you what I’ve learned over the last 8 years & what the most important factors are for choosing a network marketing company to partner with. These are the top 3 things you should be evaluating when choosing a network marketing company 1. THE PRODUCT Do you love the product? If you don’t absolutely love the product and want to use it yourself don’t waste your time “BE A PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCT” My first company: PRODUCT OF THE PRODUCT My 2nd company: in love with HEARING ABOUT THE PRODUCT Not my personal results Caused me to suffer down the road because I didnt have hype to stand on anymore 2. THE LEADERS This is something I didn’t really consider much when signing up to either company I lucked out with the first company They had a proven system that was creating company millionaires I worked that company for 4 years & struggled financially So when the hype train came to town I jumped right on — once again not considering to look at the leaders Hairdresser gave me first red flag ***CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING LEADERS*** Professionalism Are they inclusive or divisive? What tools do they provide? Weekly training, vibrant ways to share the opportunity that makes sense and is not confusing 3. THE COMPENSATION PLAN Does it seem fair pay? Are there certain qualifications to get paid? Are those realistic qualifications? Do I get paid on all my customers? What is the monthly requirement to stay active & earn commissions? Been in 3 different comp plans they all had their pros and cons — the first company seemed to be the worst to me All comp plans have their Quirck’s For me, when deciding to switch the comp plan had to be at least equal to what I was getting in my previous company & better for my team members First company Quirck- didn’t pay on all pack/system purchases 2nd company Quirck- had to qualify to make money on residuals 3rd company solution — solved both of those issues for me If you’re out there looking for a side gig to partner with I hope you can learn from my mistakes and make a sound decision for yourself If you have anymore questions that I maybe didn’t answer on here feel free to shoot me a message as I am here to help!     Beauty of this Industry (word of encouragement)

    The network marketing industry gets a lot of CRAP! I, for one, have had nothing but good experiences. Yes, it is hard at times, actually VERY DIFFICULT. But all the blood, sweat and tears are worth it because of the beauty this industry provides. (especially for moms like me) I would never get to experience the life I do if I had stayed in a 9-5.
