    DEPRESSION- it's time to speak out

    Hearing the most devastating news about the suicide of Bollywood's young talented actor Sushant Singh Rajput actually made me think about depression and I ended up with this episode. I ll be asking a few questions to my sisy who's name will be revealed later on in the episode. Her story of how she went into depression and ended up doing something very harsh to herself but came out of it with a bang on. I m lucky to God that I have her in my life♥️.
