    Meet Lauren Lamb

    Lauren is a Christian wife and mama of two. She leads a busy life and has worked full-time until fairly recently when she decided to go all in on her coaching business. She decided she wanted to spend more time with her family and follow her passion. She loves motivating women to show up for themselves and in this episode we talk about making time for you, setting yourself up for success in the kitchen and with some workouts and the importance of community when starting or continuing your fitness journey.
