    How many times a day to you look at yourself in a mirror? Do you love what you see? Even if you don't love all of what you see, do you love WHO you see? If you don't, do you know how to start loving yourself? Or do you even care if you love yourself at all? Today I'm going to share with you the importance of loving yourself and how to start doing it or get even better at it. Because, if you don't, you will never be able to live the life that you so deeply desire. This episode is a spontaneous creation, inspired by a moment of realization that I experienced just a little while ago. The expanded perspective that it provided me, I felt, was important enough that others may benefit from it as well. I hope you enjoy it.

However, there was more to the story that I didn’t have time to share in a single episode. So In this episode Kristy and I talk about our power to create and manifest the life we want. We also discuss our views for where we think things are headed and how we can help future generations retain the information and the gifts that we were all born with.     Back in April I had the pleasure of interviewing a woman named Kristy Walsh (now Kristy Walsh Santos). Kristy was raised in Eastern Europe in a strict Catholic family. She has lived in the US for a number of years and like many of us, conformed to what society deems as the "normal" or the "expected" course for life. She experienced ups and downs in her life, but then, in August something happened that changed her life forever.  This is a story of a woman and her transformational shift in perspective that has changed her life for ever. She has broken free, and isn't looking back.
