I’ve just started listening to the podcast BUT have been following Kacey from the very begging, even before she started her business! She is so knowledgeable and positive. I have been so excited for Kacey’s podcast as how I now eat is all due to Kacey. I never thought I would be eating more plant based, let alone eating carbs, but Kacey’s knowledge and ability to make things truly simple and easily adaptable has been the game changer for me!! Kacey really helps you step by step see that small changes and additions (eat more plants!!!) is something easily incorporated with just a small amount of effort. She is so encouraging and even adding one more plant a day is celebrated by her. I eat only plant based for lunch and still eat fish at dinner but otherwise have gone totally plant based thanks to her wisdom!! I am excited for the world to discover Kacey as she has so much food knowledge that you do not usually hear. Highly recommend this podcast!!
