    The Opportunity

    I started writing during the time of COVID when people were busy finding ways to occupy themselves. Initiatially, it came iff just as a poem that I wanted to write and narrate. Later on, I started to research more about it like the types of podcasts made, how can I make one, how to edit podcasts, etc. That was the time when the journey really started. I started making motivational podcasts which were based on poetry and narratives that will inspire people and help them navigate through difficult phases of their lives. I was wondering what should I name the podcast and I discovered that it helping people calm themselves. The reviews spoke about the soothing and refreshing vibe which listeners received as they heard my podcasts. So, I named it 'calme'. Making podcasts helped me in these 4 ways - - It gave me a feeling of happiness - It nurtured my sense of creativity - It made me feel fulfilled and added to my meaning and purpose of life that is to serve other people - It increased my social network and helped me stay connected with close and distant friends and family I believe, everyone must have a sense of purpose to do something creative or new in that matter to keep learning and growing. Podcasting helped me follow my pursuits; you need to find yours.
