    gratefulness as a weapon.

    personally, anxiety this past year seemed crippling at moments. unknowns, confusion, regret, fear, the list goes on and on... gratefulness was almost reintroduced to me this year. a simple practice, but a powerful one if implemented into everyday life. let me know your thoughts :) sincerely, michelle .
