The Dreamgirls are brilliant. They have single handedly discovered how the instincts, centers, and Enneagram type show up in dreams. They are fearless in sharing whatever comes up for them in very personal fashion, and they demonstrate how dreams are a source of creativity and self renewal.

I'm happy Kristen and Sammy are finding creative ways to explore dream work but I would love it if they went back to old school research instead of relying on ChatGBT. Aside from the fact that ChatGPT only uses stolen work, it was really helpful when Kristen and Sammy would include resources to back their findings and come to their own conclusions, so I could see what sources they used to guide me on understanding dreamwork and the enneagram for myself. I get why using ChatGBT would feel beneficial since it's a bot that's been fed tons of useful info with no oversight, but I want to hear more about Kristen and Sammy personally come up with for Sinsomnia. Love the podcast!
