I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Author, Speaker, Revivalist, and joy enthusiast Shelter Musavengana about all things—her new book, her passion for Jesus, her love of tea and the childhood escapades surrounding it, and the joys of being “zapped" by the Holy spirit. We’re already planning a second sit-down to dive deeper into her book, so stay tuned, because you don’t want to miss it. Shelter Musavengana is a Zimbabwean-born “Kingdom citizen,” a licensed minister under Bethel Church in Redding, California, and the founder of One King Global, a ministry dedicated to making Jesus known. She is a devoted follower of Christ, a speaker, itinerant minister, worshipper, and writing consultant with a Master’s in Creative Writing. A graduate of the Every Nation Leadership Institute (now Every Nation Bible School) in Windhoek, Namibia, and the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, CA, where she remains actively plugged in, Shelter lives to see people’s lives collide with the love, power, and presence of God. Beneath the veil: Guest Kuda Rice

I had a great time catching up with Kuda Rice in this fun and insightful episode. Titled after his first EP this is an ode to young Kuda Rice as a testament that life is not always what we see in the now. Kuda Rice is a Zimbabwean writer, storyteller and performance artist. His storytelling is mainly portrayed through poetry and spoken word which has also transformed to not only be expressed through words, but also through visuals and fashion. At his core is the need to tell his inner truths and experiences as well as external truths and other people’s experiences of the different spheres of life. We dove into his journey growing up, explored the twists and turns of his creative path, and unpacked what truly sets him apart as a young creative. From honest reflections to moments of vulnerability and lighthearted moments, this conversation reveals what makes Kuda so relatable and why so many people find it easy to connect with Kuda. Conman 101

This episode plunges into the dark alleys of unimaginable stories, getting to the heart of those shocking adventures I have had and never thought I would survive. When life throws me into the deep end, simply assuming I'll swim—when it's truly sink or swim—this is about that desperate floundering, arms and legs thrashing in all directions, no strategy, just pure survival instinct! The juxtaposition of real life stories of danger, laughter and the drama that unknown fears introduce to the script of my life. I talk about one of the most popular and meaningful Jewish holidays, Passover and Easter the same for Christians. This year these events coincide! Although, Passover and Easter couldn’t be more different from each other in the foods, rituals, and traditions that surround each holiday. But, surprisingly, the seasonal overlap between these two holidays is no accident. Unlike the overlap between Hanukkah and Christmas, which is basically coincidental, Passover and Easter are intimately linked.
