Love from a millennial big sister!
I love this podcast! I think these ladies are way smarter than they (or other people) give themselves credit for. I think you’re both incredibly wise and you’ve already learned a lot of lessons that take people way longer to learn. Give yourselves more credit! You have more figured out than you think you do! I also love their takes on trends, fashion, style, travel, social media, etc. Would also love to hear more book reviews!
Note: The only thing I wish they talked about less was cleanses- young listeners should absolutely not be doing cleanses unless under the supervision of a doctor; and very few doctors would ever sign off on a cleanse unless it was for a very specific medical reason. I wouldn’t want someone doing an unsupervised cleanse and saying they were influenced by yall. People are impressionable :(
Having that said, ladies, you’re doing a fabulous job. I’d love to see a “sitting pretty” empire some day. Travel accessories, luggage, clothes (ethical and sustainable, obvi), cruelty-free makeup. A blog would be a great reference point too! Keep it up girls! <3

Super relaxing and practical podcast for romanticizing life and tips and advice for independence, relationships, self care and overall wellness. There aren’t a lot of green juice / soft girl podcasts so if that’s the lifestyle you’re in, Kendel & Cass’s podcast is refreshing.
