Situationsh!t

I love that Dontea’ doesn’t try to wrap each episode up with a pretty bow. Relationships are harrrrrd and she did the mental gymnastics so we don’t have to. Situationsh!t is the podcast bestie you keep in your pocket to remind you of your worth and that you’re THAT GIRL 💕

I really enjoy listening to how Dontea breaks things down and helps me understand patterns of behavior that aren’t getting me the life I want. It’s been very helpful and eye opening.

Dontea has such a soothing voice and gives simple concrete takeaways in each episode. It’s easily digestible and she’s so authentic, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and funny! She’s one of those people that makes you feel like she’s talking only to you! She gives so many gems within her very relatable stories.

Sooo thankful for the transparency on this podcast. In reflecting on my own personal relationships, I didn’t even realize how much I was tolerating crumbs and every time I say the word crumbs now, I think of this podcast. I still have to finish listening to the rest of the season but I started listening to support, then to share as a resource, and now I’m like “nooo, this is relevant relevant…this is for me!!” Ohh to be a therapist and not have it allll together is to be a real a** therapist. Thank you so much!!
