If you like trivia, but you like people more than trivia, this is the show for you. The personalities reign over the facts, and that’s a fact.

Every time I get to the end of the show, I have this silly little grin and I feel like I’ve been wrapped in a hug. Chris and Irene do an amazing job of making everyone sound like family, even as the smack talk flows. It’s the perfect blend of entertainment and trivia.

The trivia on this show is great, but so much of the appeal is the laid-back nature and charm of its hosts, Chris and Irene. It has the feel of hanging out with your friends, drinking a bit, and casually asking each other trivia questions. Except the contestants and hosts are generally more entertaining than my friends. Come to think of it, I really need a better set of friends. This show really drives that point home.

I like the hosts and guests they have from the trivia community. The “name items on a list” format is interesting. December episodes and others have had volume issues in the intro (normal volume then incredibly loud on intro music). My only other complaint is sometimes it seems there are too many rules to the game so it’s hard to keep track.
