    Paradise Lost

The small town they land on is filled with people who are extremely suspicious of outsiders. Almost everyone looks under the age of 30. Aside from one older woman Trudy, Arturo is the oldest person in town. It dosen't take long for the team to uncover the truth. Years earlier, an explosion at a uranium mine mutated a massive underground worm into a deadly creature. While the townspeople originally tried to destroy it, they discovered that a substance the creature leaves lets them live for over a hundred years while staying young forever. In exchange, they protect the monster at all costs. When Arturo and Quinn taken by the creature, Wade and Rembrandt realize they have to stop it once and for all. A showdown at the old mines leads to gunfire with the town's sheriff, the discovery of a huge nest of eggs, and a final plan to destroy before it can keep claiming lives. If you look tired, upset, or just a little overwhelmed, you get labeled a "fracture" and sent to a special retreat to be "fixed." Things get serious when the Professor is taken away after showing a bit too much stress. At the retreat he's brainwashed into thinking he's a classic Sherlock Holmes style detective and everyone around him is forced to play along with there own assinged characters. It's all supposed to be therapy. But then someone starts commiting real murders.
