6 Steps to Find Your Voice in Business (And Why It Changes Everything) | Ep. 56

What happens when you stop trying to sound like everyone else and finally start expressing what you actually think in your business? In this episode, I’m diving into what it really means to find your voice in business and why it’s one of the most important (and often overlooked) pieces of building something that actually feels aligned. After taking a bit of an unexpected break from the podcast, I’m sharing a practical and honest look at how to uncover your voice so your marketing feels easier, more natural, and far more effective. I see so many business owners struggling with content that feels forced or disconnected, and more often than not, it’s not a strategy problem. It’s a voice problem. When your voice is clear, everything shifts. Your content flows, your people connect, and your business starts to feel like yours again.   In this episode, you’ll hear: ✨ What finding your voice actually means in business and why it’s not as abstract as it sounds ✨ Why your marketing might feel exhausting, forced, or misaligned ✨ How to capture your natural voice using real conversations and client interactions ✨ The role repetition plays in building clarity and confidence ✨ Why saying what you actually believe is key to attracting the right clients ✨ How to identify and own the qualities that make you uniquely you ✨ The mistake of borrowing language without making it your own ✨ How reconnecting to your “why” changes the way you communicate and show up ✨ A simple six-step process to uncover and activate your voice starting today   If you’ve been second-guessing your content, feeling stuck in your messaging, or wondering why your marketing doesn’t feel like you, this episode will help you reconnect with your voice and start showing up with more clarity, confidence, and ease. Tune in to learn how to communicate in a way that feels natural, resonates deeply, and supports you in building a business that truly reflects who you are.   And if you’re finding it hard to sound clear and natural, you can book a Clarity + Catalyst Session here! https://www.rachel-lubchansky.com/strategy-session   LET'S CONNECT! Saying No: The Most Underrated Skill You Need as a Business Owner | Ep. 51

If you’ve been feeling pulled in a hundred directions in your business, this episode is for you. In today’s world, you are constantly being invited to say yes. New strategies, collaborations, tools, offers, and opportunities can sound exciting, especially when you are working hard to grow. But not everything that is good is right for you. In this episode, I’m talking about one of the most underrated leadership skills you can develop as a small business owner: the ability to say no, even to opportunities that seem promising. I share a personal story about being offered a partnership in a non-dairy ice cream venture, and why I ultimately chose to walk away, not because it was a bad idea, but because it was not mine to build.   In this episode, you’ll hear: ✨ Why every yes carries a cost, even when the opportunity feels exciting ✨ How saying yes too often leads to scattered progress and burnout ✨ What shiny object syndrome looks like in entrepreneurship ✨ Why protecting your time, energy, and focus is essential for sustainable business growth ✨ How to stay grounded in your own vision instead of chasing someone else’s ✨ The quiet ways overcommitting can impact your health, family, and peace ✨ Questions to ask yourself before agreeing to the next opportunity If this episode hit home and you’re realizing how often distractions pull you off course, this is your invitation to do things differently. If you want support getting clear on what actually deserves your yes — and what you can finally say no to — I’d love to work together.
