    Reflections on Charlie Munger

Episode notes This week's episode dips into the work and wisdom of Charlie Munger. It's not the first time, and given his enormous success during his long life, won't be the last either. Allan's thought for the week Study your hero's, but don't be cowed by them. Book of the week This week's book recommendation provides a fairly short, and extremely useful, explanation of Charlie Munger's investing style, the part he played as Warren Buffett's partner at Berkshire Hathaway, and advice on what you can do to try and follow in his footsteps. It's called 'Charlie Munger, the complete investor" by Tren Griffin, and is a great place to start if you are new to Charlie Munger or to value investing more generally. Article of the week If this week's book has wet your appetite and you want to learn more about Charlie Munger's life then a great place to start is withhis wikipedia entry. You can find it here Media of the week There is no replacement for watching Munger in person, and the best place for this is via one of his many interviews that are available from YouTube.
