The Power of Customization with David Glickman

David Glickman has been a professional speaker and entertainer for over twenty years and has presented over 2,000 programs. Before transitioning from “show business” to “speech business,” he worked with everyone from The Beach Boys to Steve Martin and appeared on “Evening At The Improv” and several other national television shows.
In today’s episode of Small-Time Leaders, David shares with us how his journey of writing started as his grandma’s ghostwriter. Grandma Rose had picked up on special creativity David had early on and pushed him to customize poems and rhymes on special occasions. This experience not only helped David learn the art of writing but has helped him extremely in his professional speaking career.
In the late 1990s, David moved full-time into professional speaking. He specializes in customized workplace humor and is able to “find what’s funny” in the many healthcare organizations to whom he has spoken. In 2011, David received the Certified Speaking Professional designation. This is the highest earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association, achieved by less than 10% of professional speakers.  David was also awarded the Council of Peers Award for Excellence (CPAE) and inducted into the Speaker Hall of Fame. This is a lifetime award for speaking excellence and professionalism.

Encouragement Listener ,

Great content

I had the opportunity to be a guest on Small-Time Leaders as well as have Michael on my podcast. Michael offers years of life knowledge to the audience in a comfortable conversation that allows great messages to formulate. The insight Michael derives from the guests really bring the information to a great level.

Sad turn of events.

Jacob Devlin was interviewed in this podcast. I believe that, unbeknownst to Mr. Alan Tate, he posed as a successful prior military. Jacob Devlin was found guilty by a military judge sitting alone of false official statement, drunk and disorderly conduct, wrongful use of a controlled substance, wrongful possession of a controlled substance and wrongful distribution of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to a dismissal and confinement for 11 months. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, the convening authority may not approve confinement in excess of 9 months. He is a phony and a disgrace. Beware of this awful human.
