Whatever you’re feeling is what you should be feeling

I feel like a theme throughout Amy’s podcast is that your experience (either with the loss of a baby or any other challenge you’ve experienced in your life) is the experience you are meant to have. With so much temptation in the world to compare and to think that we are “doing it wrong” this podcast reminds me that where I am and what I’m experiencing is perfect for me. No reason to downplay, dismiss, or dramatize. I’m on a journey to wrap my arms around myself and my life the way it is and Amy’s podcast definitely supports me on that exact journey. Thank you Amy!!!

If you’re dealing with loss this is a must!

I wish I knew everything Amy teaches during my first miscarriage 4 years ago. Everything she shares is so good and has helped me through my most recent miscarriage just last month. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Must listen for moms

I love the way Amy explains things in a way that make sense to me. If you are a mother, or plan on becoming a mother, Amy understands the joys and heartaches of mothering and gives me hope!
