Before their husband has even boarded the plane, anxiety has already convinced them something bad is coming. This episode isn’t about ignoring red flags or pretending bad situations don’t exist. It’s about recognising when fear, social media, and other people’s trauma start shaping the way you see your own relationship. I talk about how anxiety can make us project problems before there’s proof, how constant negative content affects the nervous system, and why not every FIFO relationship is doomed from the start.
