Hi :) welcome to the soft space. the idea behind this show is very personal and close to me. my love for talking that i had since i was a child was never really understood. i‘ve been told and still am that i talk too much and too fast (well, i‘m working on the second one). this podcast is a space for everyone who is sensitive, an overthinker and likes to yap and listen to others yapping. every episode is a letter to my inner child with a different topic, remembering the past, thinking about the now etc. it invites you to talk to your own inner child and i hope you‘ll enjoy it :)

    hey guys :) welcome to the soft space: a place where you can be open and share your wounds. each episode is a letter to my inner child, talking about different aspects of healing the wounds and the first episode is an apology letter to the part of me that has been waiting to be seen, held, and loved without conditions. it’s an apology for the times I abandoned myself, for the moments I believed I wasn’t enough, and for all the ways I tried to earn love instead of giving it to myself. today I open up about my journey of self-acceptance, healing, and learning to love the parts of me I once pushed away. It’s raw, honest, and soft — a reminder that coming home to yourself takes time, gentleness, and truth. If you’ve ever felt disconnected from who you were or struggled to forgive yourself — this episode is for you.
