    Quarantine 15? We don't know her

    Quarantine is *the perfect* time to be more active and adopt some new healthy habits because we have all the time in the world and there are no more excuses. Me and Dan sit down during this hang out to share some knowledge about how we are staying fit during the pandemic and how you can do it too. It's true, staying active is not hard even without a gym. Dieting/calorie counting: 02:44 Workout: 14:42 Also editing Holly here: It took me 2 hours to edit 20 minutes of audio because my audio file glitched half way so I had to re-edit everything.
