Solving Membership & Programs Issues

Our Veterans Service Organizations are great at connecting veterans to their earned benefits...at no cost, by the way. That's just one piece of the pie, though. Our Membership and Programs troubles are complex, and this episode focuses on just one "value add" we can apply to our membership that would benefit both the veteran and the organization. I do not like meetings. Let's fix it!

I really don't like the current state of meetings in veteran organizations. I have ideas. I don't think they are controversial, other than it's not the way we've always done it. This is a problem that must be talked through and fixed. It's a pain point and I'm not the only one disliking meetings. This episode is less than 10 minutes, even though I could talk on this subject...for hours. Seeking feedback on my "solutions" and what else you might do. Shout out to Liz Hartman who makes a still photo appearance!
