    We all have moments in life when we’re just feeling off. Sometimes, we just feel a dissonance that our minds can’t quite grasp.

    During times like these it’s important to remember that it’s a normal part of being human to not have all of the answers, and to sometimes feel unable to articulate the unspoken weight on our hearts.

    It’s also important to note that sometimes when we feel off there’s something inside us that’s trying to speak to us or get our attention.

SO healing!

I just discovered this podcast and am using it several times a day as a practice for regulating my nervous system. The exercises and Karena’s voice and guidance is incredibly soothing and healing. Thank you Karena for sharing this healing balm with us!

Not your ordinary podcast!

I am not a huge fan of podcasts. They can be fun and interesting for sure. But this podcast is amazingly helpful if you’re like me… energetic, talented, driven, while at the same time fearful, sad, and angry for no particular reason. I discovered years ago, that it’s trauma expressing itself, in weird ways, I’ve saught out people to help me. When I discovered this podcast, I was amazed at how spot on it is for me! I consider this much more than a podcast, it’s incredibly healing to listen to, and doing the excersices along with Karena is just amazing.
