    As sons and daughters of God, we are uniquely called and chosen to lead lives that are worthy of our callings. This means we have a responsibility to be set apart in all of our ways. The way we think, speak, and act. The way we treat others and even the efforts we make to remain united as one body in Christ. Is it easy? NO! Yet, we have the Spirit within us, always leading and guiding the way forward. If you want to claim the glorious future that God has for you, you must make every effort to remain united in the Spirit.     The Power of Longsuffering: There is Purpose in the Waiting

    Waiting is hard. And yet, throughout life, we spend years in waiting seasons. Whether it be a relationship, job, finances, or a hundred other things, sometimes circumstances are not in our favor and there's not much we can do about it. The bible is clear that during these long seasons of waiting, we are to turn our focus to God as he prepares us for what's next.  In this episode, Barbara encourages us to press in as we learn to discern his direction for our lives. When we truly surrender all things and trust in God, he replaces our waiting-pains with contentment.
