ZUCCHINI PESTO PASTA W/ BALSAMIC MUSHROOMS
1. Balsamic Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Melted Ghee
Minced Garlic
Chopped Fresh Thyme
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Whole Baby Portabella Mushrooms
STEPS:
Combine balsamic vinaigrette, ghee, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper
Add mushrooms and toss until coated
Place mushrooms on baking sheet
Roast at 400° for 15-20 min.
2. Zucchini Pesto Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
Whole Zucchinis
Pesto
Sliced Red Onion
Sliced Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatos
Minced Garlic
Olive Oil
Salt
Black Pepper
Crushed Red Pepper

FISH AND CHIPS W/ HOMEMADE TARTER SAUCE
1. Beer-Batter Fish
INGREDIENTS:
White fish, like cod or tilapia
Salt & Black Pepper
AP Flour
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Seasoned Salt
Egg, lightly beaten
Beer
Canola Oil
STEPS:
Cut fish into strips; pat dry
Season with salt and black pepper; set aside
Whisk together flour, garlic powder, paprika, and seasoned salt
Stir in beaten egg
Gradually whisk in beer until mixture is no longer lumpy.
Dip fish into batter, then place into hot oil on stove; cook for 3-4 min.
Place on drying rack to prevent fish from getting soggy
2. Homemade Tarter Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
Mayo
Dill pickle relish
Fresh dill
Lemon juice
Dijon Mustard
Sugar
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
STEPS:
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well.

While I am baking sea bass, Dr. Drew and Adam Carolla talk glory holes, keto, and growing up poor. Plus, wait’ll you hear about the America’s Biggest Hog contest. Spoiler – I won’t win.
LEMON PEPPER SEA BASS WITH WILTED SPINACH
1. Sea Bass
INGREDIENTS:
Sea Bass
Lemon Pepper
STEPS:
Season both side of fillets with lemon pepper
Bake at 425° for 25-30 min, flipping halfway through.
2. Wilted Spinach
INGREDIENTS:
Baby Spinach
Pine Nuts
Minced Garlic
Feta Cheese
STEPS:
Toast pine nuts in pan
Add garlic
Wash spinach and place in pan still damp
Cook until spinach has cooked down
Fold in feta cheese
