Soporific is a sleep podcast hosted by The Dreamcatcher.  Each episode begins with a guided breathing routine, followed by poetry read aloud at a slow, deliberate pace -- written to carry you from wherever you are to wherever sleep is. Series One -- ten episodes of timeless poetry -- is available now. Series Two: The Autumn Nights follows the season from the last warmth of summer through the harvest, the changing of the light, the first cold, and the long dark to the Winter Solstice on 21st December 2026.
