Have you experienced infertility, pain during sex, irregular or painful periods? Do you have PCOS, Endo or HPV? Well this episode is for you! Today we are joined by special guest Aressia, Certified V Steam Practitioner and owner of Essentially True. The Houston based V Steaming (Yoni Steaming) Studio helps women have pain free periods & better intimacy. The shop offers womb healing consultations, natural feminine wash, lubricants & much more.

Aressia explains the benefits of V steaming, why we should incorporate it into our lives and how often it should be done. She answers what causes recurring yeast infections or Bacteria Vaginosis and what natural remedies work. Aressia let us in on what foods, activities and clothing affect our vaginal health. We absolutely love how she brought awareness to the most sacred part of our body and the practice of connecting with our womb.

    We also talk about:
    • Odor
    • pH balance
    • How men can prevent vaginal infections in women
    • The proper way to wash
    • Yoni Eggs
    • Kegels

    Uncomfortable Conversations

Hey Soulmates! Today’s episode was inspired by the conversation between Emmanuel Acho and Matthew McConaughey. Like them, we had our own uncomfortable conversation where we discussed what's a big deal to us, having a seat at the table, selling out and toxic relationships.

    Worth The Wait

    Worth The Wait

Hey Soulmates! We are hurt due to the recent yet ongoing killings of black men and women by police. We are furious because we find ourselves asking, “How are we here again?” and “What do we have to do to make this stop?” In this episode we discuss the battle between acting now out of rage versus waiting on God to make the right move. We explore why the wait is necessary, what the process of the wait includes and the benefits of the wait!

If you like and agree with anything we said we invite you to share this episode on your favorite platform! Thank you Soulmates!

Holy homegirl realness

I came across your podcast at the perfect time in my life. I am a late 20s millennial and a single mom of two beautiful children. On my journey in becoming a single mom I’ve often rewritten my narrative so many times and always fall somewhere between the Clark sisters and cardi b lol! Walking in faith is trying when i never felt churchy enough but God had to much of a calling on my life to allow me to belong to the world. This podcast allowed me to find my tribe. You guys are real about daily struggles and how to integrate God in the culture we live in. You guys show that black girls are not mean or competitive and can have lasting relationships amongst each other. Blessings and love from Cincinnati Ohio! Please continue with your work this platform is much needed to so many of us!

My New Besties 💕💕

So listen👂🏽with this podcast + therapy ... ya girl is getting her life!! Lol but I LOVE this podcast and yes, I’m currently binge listening. 💃🏽 It’s my therapy at work and helps me to hold myself accountable with some of the changes I’m making in my life but it also calls me out or helps me to identify my toxic or not so flattering ish 💩🤷🏽‍♀️ They are so real and transparent with their life and they don’t hold back. The good and the challenges ... and that’s makes it so relatable because we are all doing the best we can every single day but also seeking room for improvement and it’s not always glamorous or cute!! I love this podcast.

Oh and shout out to Jasmine for always dropping a quote from a book. My book collection is growing because as soon as she say “in this book...” I’m already on amazon looking for it 😂❤️
