    Wisdom Teaching: You Have Never Been Alone Hello Fellow Soul✨,  🌎One of the deep pain points of the human experience is the feeling of being alone.  Despite the fact that there are billions of other humans, and countless numbers of animal and plant lives, we feel alone.  We hold onto relationships way past their expiration date, because we fear being alone.  🌎We fill our lives up with things that are not important to us, so that we don’t feel the nothingness we fear.  Yet despite our attempts to not feel alone, we still do.   🌎What is this emptiness we are perpetually running from actually rooted in and is it even real?  I am not denying the fact that we experience feeling alone.  The experience of such is undeniable.  Yet is it really true that we are alone or are we just conquering up an idea of aloneness and then pasting it onto our experience of life? 🤍Thanks for listening!     Wisdom Teaching: Give Everything Back Their Experience Hello Fellow Soul✨,  🌞Imagine for a moment a world made up completely of you.  No other objects, people or anything else to interact with except for yourself.  See also that there is nothing missing in this world.  Your world completely full in and of itself.    🌝There is nothing to worry about in this world, no other thing or person to navigate, only you.  Everything you see and everywhere you look, you just experience yourself.  🌞Now what if I told you that this is actually true.  That you never experience anything but yourself.  Your own energy, feelings, perspectives and awareness is all that you can ever know.  Every person, object, or event you experience is simply a reflection of your projection onto it. 🌝What does this all mean?  It means that there is no one inside of you to experience anything but you, so therefore you can only experience you.  So while it might seem that it’s possible to experience someone or something else, you can only experience your version of them inside of you.  This puts you squarely in the drivers seat of your own experience.  🤍Thanks for listening!     Wisdom Teaching: Stop Doing to Get Things Done Hello Fellow Soul✨,  🦋So often we do to get things done.  In fact most of our days are spent getting through one activity or task after another.  It seems as though the doing is ceaseless, except perhaps for a few moments at the end of our day or week.   🐞Why do we live in the constant cycle of doing?  It as if we are all trying to get somewhere.  A place where we can rest, relax and be at ease.  We think that we might arrive there if we can just get done all of the stuff we feel like we have to do.   🐛In a culture where we value productivity more than enjoyment, connection or presence, and perceive non-activity as laziness, we are set up to live as doing machines.  🐌When we go to our jobs we don’t get praised or promoted for our non-productivity or for our presence, but rather for how much we get done.  We don’t get paid for how much we enjoy what we are doing, but rather only for the job done. 🪰As a result of this we are fairly disconnected from own impulses, urges to move and natural rhythms. 🤍Thanks for listening!     Wisdom Teaching: Commitment to Getting It Hello Fellow Soul✨,  🏔️We all experience roadblocks, stop signs and that general feeling like we just don’t get something.  Confusion, frustration or apathy sets in and we settle, stop, or avoid the thing we desire altogether.   ⭐️While the rocks on our path seem solid, they are made up of only our thoughts and perspectives, which really are not solid at all.  Our insistence of and in our thoughts and perspectives makes them seem solid, but at their essence they are just flittering energetic fluctuations in our field.   🏔️There is an important exploration that must be undertaken if one is to move through.  It is the investigation of what is really stopping you from committing.   ⭐️Anything and everything can be moved through by us if we have the commitment and care to do so.  Committing to what we want is caring.  It’s caring about ourselves, our expression, our calling, and who it is we are here to be and share. 🏔️If you choose not to embark through your obstacles you can still have a good life experience, but your expression will be limited by the seeming rocks on the road, of which you are unwilling to truly face.   ⭐️It’s not as scary as you think to face them as you are really only facing your thoughts, ideas and beliefs about things or yourself.  🤍Thanks for listening!     Wisdom Teaching: Being Turned On To Life Hello Fellow Soul✨,  🔥We all love being turned on.  It’s one of the reasons there are so many humans running around this planet.  It is our natural state, and from which all is born and breathes.   ❤️‍🔥Yet we often reserve being turned on only for the bedroom.  Why is it that ecstatic states of bliss and rapture only happen quietly behind closed doors?  🌹We may perceive that we don’t know how else to be turned on, or that being turned on only comes with certain sensations that our body feels, yet to be turned on is a choice.  It is a choice that we permission when we feel certain sensations with our body, but we don’t need those sensations to feel bliss.   🪽Bliss is always here as a stream of consciousness that is available if we attune our antennas to it. 🤍Thanks for listening!     Wisdom Teaching: Safety & Support Hello Fellow Soul✨,  🩷Safety and support.  These two seem to go hand and hand.  If we feel safe, we feel supported and if supported, we feel safe.  A sense of safety is what gives us permission to relax, to breathe, to be.   🕊️When we don’t feel safe we guard, we tense, we hold back, we pretend, and we don’t fully express ourselves, because we feel at threat. 🩷What exactly is safety and how does one experience more of it?  Safety is a felt sense that all is well.  That no matter what is or isn’t happening, you are ok.  There is an undisturbable stability in safety.  🕊️To some degree we have all experienced feeling not safe.  We have all felt some types of physical, emotional or mental threats from self or others.  🩷It seems as though one of the prime challenges of being human is navigating uncertainty.  We simply just don’t know what is going to happen next.  Then, put on top of that, having lots of unpleasant experiences, and it sets us up to feel like we can never take a full breath because something bad might happen if we do.  Relaxing feels unsafe.  Being tense feels safer. 🕊️We find ourselves in the conundrum of wanting to relax and not wanting to relax at the same time.  In order to transmute and alchemize the painful experiences we’ve experienced, we must find a way for the breath of our awareness to get inside of them.  Without that we simply experience life through the lens of the tension pattern that has been created to protect us from feeling. 🤍Thanks for listening!     Wisdom Teaching: Your True Significance Hello Fellow Soul✨,  💎Seems as though we are constantly seeking for something that is not here.  We chase sensations, emotional states and experiences that satiate our need to feel full and complete.  There appears to be an incessant hunger that never feels satisfied. 💎You might say that this emptiness is rooted in a belief that we are not enough.  It is the collective programming that we all give and receive once we incarnate into these human forms.  The good thing about programming is that it can constantly be upgraded.  As soon as we find something that works better or is more efficient, we can download the new program. 💎As we continue to evolve we are likely going to go in the direction of further seeing, recognizing and utilizing the power that we are to create what we want our experience of reality to be.  It’s not that we go out to the thing over there and change it.  It’s that we change how we see that thing over there and it then becomes another reality for us. 🤍Thanks for listening!     Wisdom Teaching: From Progress to Power Hello Fellow Soul✨,  ⚡️Let me a pose the question.  What if there is no better? No progress to be made?  Progress implies a starting point of less than or incompletion, so if we entertain that there is no better, than this would mean that there is no incompletion or lack in this very moment.  That in this very moment, all things are, well, fully good.   ⚡️The only thing that stands in the way of you seeing that all is good now are your definitions of the things that are present inside of your experience.  How you define things determines how you see them.  ⚡️If how we define things determines how we experience them, then why can’t we define what is here now as complete?  Well in fact we can.   ⚡️From the spiral you can view your sense of progress.  There isn’t anywhere better to get, there is only different perspectives that allow you to see from different vantage points.   ⚡️You will naturally uncoil, express and expand, and as you do things will appear differently to you.  You will recognize more and more your power to choose how you see, as your vantage points change. 🤍Thanks for listening!
