When we seek too much control of our future we set ourselves up to fail. As Christian women, we are instructed to seek God first, only then can we "write the vision". Join me for a brief relaxing meditation session to decompress from the trauma of 2020 and utilize the lessons as fuel to conquer stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. My Go-To for Relaxation

Her voice is sooo soothing! I was immediately much more calm and relaxed when I started listening and was able to go deeper as the meditation progressed. The meditation prompts were relevant and thought-provoking and the scripture was encouraging and comforting. The prayer was brief yet powerful. I recommend Soul Map’s podcast (and YouTube channel) to anyone in search of a way to slow down and get intentional about their mental wellbeing.
