    Nowadays people aware of physical health and some are focusing on mental health. Many scientific investigations have proved that psychological stress can have a terrible effect on physical health. Only the harmful effect does not lead us to a life free of stress, worries, and tension.     Sit back and relax. This is a silence world meditation sound. Close your eyes slowly and take a deep breath. Focus on your breathing, focus on your inner self. Imagine yourself as a soul, point of light. Imagine your permanent home is above sky, above many galaxies far away from universe. It's Paramdham - soul world. Visualize yourself you as a soul visiting your permanent home and sitting next to your supreme father - Shining bright 🌟 Star. Meditate. Exhale and inhale. Just feel relax.
