    Ep. 1: The Physical and Spiritual Manifestation of Scars

    In this episode, I discuss the significance of my scars, how scars are seen in Western society, why I’m unsatisfied with that, and how I want to see my own scars. It’s really an opening up to vulnerability and a consideration of what self love could mean tailored to the context of the present moment. I’m so happy to get this out to whoever wants to hear. This was recorded in September, but I didn’t feel confident releasing it until now. This is a big step! Take what you resonate with from this episode, and let me know what you thought or felt while listening if you feel comfortable.

    This is the trailer for my new podcast, Soulection. The name originates with the idea that there is an eternal part in all of us that can guide us to make decisions crucial to our development in this lifetime.
