Whether you’re well established as someone who can translate creative energy into the impact you want to have on the world, or just getting started as a catalyst for change - this is a must-listen podcast for you! Shannon does an incredible job leading conversations that cover the entire range of mental, emotional, spiritual and cultural challenges we all face learning to navigate the transition to an awakened life - from leaders who’ve actually walked the path. Like having spiritual bestie you can always run to

I love listening to this podcast mainly because it is so motivating & uplifting and I love Shannon’s fun energy. I definitely feel more aligned after listening and I notice I interact better with myself and those around me after listening. There is some seriously alchemy baked into SoulFeed 😊✨🙌🏽

One thing that has helped me is the actionable steps Shannon provides. I can’t tell you how much season 2’s How to Heal series transformed me — that was actually my introduction to the podcast and I’ve been listening since!
