Opening your soul comes with opening your mind, your emotions and allowing vulnerability to be a welcomed state. We learn through life to be hard and to take our shortcomings with hulk strength hits. We have to take the abuse or we will not get anywhere. Allowing any kind of open thought, emotion or expression can cause pain or be seen as a negative. But the truth is if we do not learn to be open life becomes uncomfortable, we become stagnant, and unhappy.
