Hearing these hosts discuss anxiety and its relationship to wellness (physical and mental) is so valuable. I have so many ‘girl same’ moments while listening! Thank you for recognizing and sharing how oftentimes the best antidote is action - but *sometimes* it’s something else. The first comes naturally to me, but the second - like resting - is tough. “Something thats right for you doesn’t mean it’s perma-right for you.” 💙
