    13. 2020 You Were Fuking Amazing

    Agree or Disagree?   Disagree? Hear me out. I was not raised to believe that I had choice in life. “Shit happens, and you deal with it” the quote I was raised on.  It sure taught me to roll with the punches. When the The Rona struck, we all had a choice.  Live in fear, use the pandemic as an excuse OR Make The Rona your Bitch. We are not getting this time added to the end of our life. I refused the fear, and with the push of a 1 Life Path Year for me, one of new beginnings, I went all in on 2020. All of this is because I DECIDED I had CHOICE.  I CHOSE to make the most of every day this year. Every day we are given a new day.     12. Judging A Book By Its Cover

    Raised by a father who died from obesity at the age of 69yrs young weighing 400lbs and a mother who is a lifetime member of Weight Watchers, I had no sense of “normalcy” around food. At the age of 42 I’ve spent over half my lifetime now on the cycle of dieting.  I have done every diet, workout program, cleanse, and miracle pill.  I have destroyed my body on this journey, and it had to stop. This fall, a few things happened that made me hit the brakes and realize I had to get off this cycle, like NOW. Problem…I had no idea where or how to start.  I literally did not know how much a 42 yr old active female was supposed to eat.  I also, had no idea how to stop the constant narrative in my head. Solution…I scheduled a call with @rachelpastor and for the first time in my life shared with someone the hell I was living and I needed help. I was so sick of my own shit, the pain of not doing this work was more painful than the pain of the dark side of this work.  I know facing my thoughts was going to be hard, but so worth it.  I had to get so honest with myself and with Rachel, if I wanted to forever change. So, 90 days later, my outside looks the same, minus 5lbs and puffy inflammation, but my inside is forever changed.  Eating without fear, shame.  There is no more restriction.  No more “treating” myself with food.  Food is eaten to nourish my body and give me the energy I need to live in my purpose every day.  I have massive dreams and need all the energy and brain power I can get to live this life! So next time you see someone who appears fit, healthy, and think it must be nice, STOP, you have no idea the mental prison they may be living in.  They may be in the same mental prison as my Dad who was obese.  The struggle can come in different shapes and sizes.     11. HELP!! I Need Somebody!!

    HELP!! I Need Somebody!! HELP!! Not Just Anybody!! Remember the lyrics to the song? In today’s society we let our ego get in the way and find shame in asking for help and saying “I don’t know”. We miss the opportunity to learn when we don’t admit we just “don’t know” something. We also waste so much of our time trying to get that badge of honor for doing it alone and not asking for help. Why not tap into other’s zone of genius to learn and get things done faster. Let go of your ego… Admit you don’t know. Ask for help!     Episode 8 - Feeling Sad? Great! It's Time to Go All In!

    Sad?  Angry?  Good!  Feel it at a Level 10! Often times we are taught from a young age not to cry, not to feel our feelings.  Then we grow up and are labeled “dramatic” if we are emotional or “cold-hearted” if we don’t show emotion. What if we allow life to just have the occasional speed bumps, but when hard things happen like loss of a loved one, sudden loss of a job, affairs, accidents, we allow ourselves to feel the sadness, anger, grief at a Level 10.  What if we go all in on the emotions.  Feel all the feelings, then move on. Unresolved emotions can lead to pain, disease and illness, lashing out at others, etc.  What if we free ourselves from the suffering and the spiritual bypassing? Go all in, Level 10 those emotions!     Stay in your own lane, stay on your mat, focus on your own shit.  Set a goal, get clear on your why, get in your own lane and stay there.  When we get out of our lane, we allow in comparison, self-doubt, waste time and fail at our goals.  In your lane, be mindful to maintain balance, allow both the masculine and feminine energy in and receive support from others.
