Very wise
The wisdom in these podcasts is amazing and useful. If you want to understand something about yourself, listen to that part of you. Ask that part questions and listen. Be empathetic. You are your best friend and mentor.
The podcasts are the right length for me. They contain a few exercises, and they speak to one topic. Jacqueline speaks clearly and directly. I walk away feeling like I really had some deep insight. Thank you!
