    Season 6, Episode 9: Interview with Alex Lombard (Gabrielle) in “Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter” (2012)

    Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is a brilliantly executed film that dares to re-imagine the life of one of America's most iconic presidents through a supernatural lens. It succeeds with a story that is both audacious and surprisingly compelling, making it far more entertaining than I ever anticipated. It stands arguably the best period vampire film of its kind we're ever likely to get. In a genre where genuinely, fun films can be a rarity, this one is an absolute must-watch. Come vamp out with Alex and I as we speak about her role in the box office hit about vampires and the Civil War! We both strike a vein as we speak about how she approached her role within a larger narrative, memorable moments on set, costume & production design, how Abraham Lincoln would have been an excellent vampire slayer, and how this movie has a huge fanbase and cult following. I believe that the writers and the director took a creative risk by making this film and intertwining it with the Civil War and vampires – and the risk was worth it. From supernatural conspiracy theories to historical accuracy, I highly recommend this movie if you genuinely love history and vampires.     Season 6, Episode 8: Interview with Jared Bankens (Tom) from “Faces of Death” (2026)

    The original Faces of Death became notorious for its daring blend of staged and real footage, sparking decades of ongoing debate over snuff films, authenticity, and ethics. That same is true or not tension still seems somewhat intact in Goldhaber’s reimagining, and based on the current response to its marketing, the film is already recreating that discomfort in real time. Sit down and jam with us! As Jared and I display the truth about the new Faces of Death movie which recently premiered. Jared, who plays Tom, an internet moderator, explains all about his character and the movie. Despite the controversy, this is now considered a cult following film with a notorious reputation. For those that are into viral videos and conspiracy misinformation, this movie is for you. And for those that are not into found footage and body horror, you might want to sit this one out. Now it is playing in theaters.

    Season 6, Episode 7: Interview with Lena Redford (Josie) from “Blood Barn” (2025)

    Blood Barn proves that a loving tribute to horror's golden age can still feel fresh and visceral. It's a film that leans into its influences, serving up gloriously chaotic scenes that are as beautiful as they are bloody. At its heart, it respects the sacred horror trinity—sex, drugs, and rock 'n' roll—using their condemnation as the engine for a story that perfectly balances bone-chilling fear with a throbbing, undeniable lust. Join me as I sat down with the awesome Lena Redford and we spoke about her role as Josie in her feature length debut. We talked about how she approached playing the lead role that embraces the comedy-horror trope, how this movie compares to the Evil Dead, and what the atmosphere was like on set. With her being the granddaughter of the late legendary actor Robert Redford, I have a lot of respect for her and how she is carrying on his legacy. For those that have not seen this movie, I highly recommend that you do… It is definitely a glorious melody to 1980s horror, and which has also earned the right to be a midnight popcorn movie.

    Season 6: Episode 6: Interview with Michele Duquet (Mama) from “Undertone” (2025)

    One of the more interesting horror films to come along in recent years, largely because it relies on elaborate visuals and constant jump scares, the film builds its dread almost entirely through sound. What makes this movie stand out is how effectively it uses silence and sound design to create tension making it a bold choice and making it work remarkably well and it’s the kind of horror that creeps up on you rather than announcing itself loudly and it’s being called the new Blair Witch. Join me and Michele as we spoke about her role, what it was like on set with the rest of the cast and crew, and the dynamic she shared with Nina Kiri. The other topics explored were the religious background contrast with Evy’s skepticism along with the demonic theme. Additionally, we also spoke about the themes of family guilt, deep faith and super-naturalism.

    Season 6, Episode 5: Interview with Dina Najjar (Laila) from “Axes and Os” (2024)

    Slashers and woods – go together like peanut butter and jelly… This movie is a classic slasher setup with a twist that gives the Axeman lore some extra texture. The film is non-stop and it never slows down, it gives the blending of humor, gore, and heart providing the right ingredients for a solid slasher flick. While Axes and Os pay tribute to classic slashers, it flips the formula with a creature-feature twist that sets it apart from typical holiday horror fare. Slashers, gore, blood, women dying, oh my! What a wonderful interview with Dina! Sit down with Dina and I as she spoke about her role in the film and how her character fits into the “Galentine’s” getaway which goes horribly sideways. However, with the twist at the end, it makes the movie splatter worthy and it’s a definite must watch. What makes this movie stand apart from all of the other slasher movies? You’re going to have to watch it and find out. Now streaming on Tubi, Amazon, and Apple TV.

    Season 6, Episode 4: Interview with Lanette Ware (Maya Jackson) from “Whistle” (2025)

    Highly entertaining and intense, "Whistle" succeeds by blending creative, Final Destination-style deaths with a surprisingly tender portrait of anxious adolescence. The cast brings genuine heart to their roles, giving you a likable group of teens to root for amidst a solid string of gory set pieces. If your favorite horror movies are both breezy and bloody, then "Whistle" is an absolute must-watch. Such a wonderful interview as I sat down and spoke to very talented and wonderful Lanette about her role in this amazing and new supernatural horror movie about a Death Whistle. She had so much to say about her character and the movie, there’s a lot of priceless information in this interview and for what she could say, I am very thrilled and honored to have had this opportunity. Having that Final Destination theme, and trying her best not to give too much away, Lanette described how she approached her character who is actively being hunted by her own impending death. I can only imagine what the atmosphere and the dynamic was like on set for her even though it was challenging to prepare herself for the intense and gory scenes.     Season 6, Episode 3: Interview with Dan Hough (Ant) from “Speak No Evil” (2024)

    While the 2024 remake of 'Speak No Evil' delivers plenty of frightening moments that will have you squirming in your seat, it also carves its own distinct identity with unexpected twists. The film is anchored by superb performances from its entire cast, but one portrayal is truly a standout. As the young, non-verbal Ant, Dan Hough delivers a performance of remarkable strength and nuance, creating a character whose safety we become deeply invested in. He is the magnetic center of the film's rising tension, and it's my pleasure to have interviewed him. Join me as I sat down with Dan Hough in this interview about his debut role! This young and very talented actor delivered his role as Ant and it’s an exceptional performance. Anyone who is nominated for Young British/Irish Performer of the Year for a role that has no dialogue deserves it! Dan Hough is very talented in my opinion. We spoke about how he prepared for a role that relied heavily on non-verbal communication and how he had to practice conveying his emotions, what it was like to work on set with James McAvoy and developing the on-screen dynamic with the other actors. Dan has also revealed that there is a documentary on YouTube where he revisits the set after two years and surreal because that was essentially his home for the entire duration of filming.

    Season 6, Episode 2: Interview with Matt Keeslar (Steven Rimbauer) from Stephen King’s “Rose Red” (2002)

    Rose Red may have premiered back in 2002, but its power has not faded. While not a conventional haunted house tale, its genius lies in a grounded realism that makes the terror feel palpable. It's honestly a tragedy that this miniseries is so often overlooked, because it remains a brilliant, underrated piece of horror that deserves a permanent place in the horror community. One person who stands out the most is Matt Keeslar who plays Steven Rimbauer perfectly; a most talented actor who deserves top recognition for his portrayal in this miniseries. Join me and Matt as we sit down and talk about his role as Steven Rimbauer; He goes into detail about his character, the movie set, production and what it was like to work with such a talented cast. Matt also brought Julian Sans back to life with his almost perfect imitation of the deceased actor which I thought was really cool. Although Rose Red is considered a miniseries, it’s still on my rewatch list not only because of the story line but also because of the actors who delivered their roles phenomenally. And to be honest, I believe that this movie still resonates with audiences almost 25 years later.
