A guided ritual to connect with Hekate’s torchlight at your own crossroads. ✨ Ritual: Hekate’s Crossroads Guidance & Sovereignty Set your space: Go to a literal crossroads or create one at home with three stones or candles in a Y-shape. Prepare an offering: Garlic, honey, coins, bread, or a small key. Place it at the center. Call Hekate:“Hekate, Keeper of the Crossroads. Torchbearer. Holder of Keys. Mother of Magic. I call you here. Guide me. Illuminate the path I cannot see. Show me what I need to walk in sovereignty.” Visualize: See three paths before you. Watch as Hekate steps forward, triple-formed, torch in hand, illuminating the path aligned with your highest good. Claim your power: Write down your question or choice. Hold it and declare:“I claim my power. I choose my path with clarity and courage.” Thank and close: Thank Hekate, extinguish candles one by one, and leave or bury your offering. Reflect: Journal your experience. Stay open for synchronicities—Hekate often speaks in signs. ✨ Hekate reminds us: the crossroads are not places of fear, they are places of choice.

We’ll journey through her ancient origins as a river goddess, explore how her story was reshaped and sanitized, and reclaim her as the embodiment of creative rebellion and unapologetic expression. I’ll also guide you through a simple ritual to invoke Saraswati’s energy, perfect for unlocking your voice, reclaiming your freedom of expression, or jumpstarting your creativity. And don’t miss next week’s episode, where we’ll meet Hecate, the torchbearer at the crossroads. Invoke Saraswati’s Energy: A Simple Ritual for Voice & Creativity Set Your Space – Light a white candle or sit near water. Keep a notebook, pen, or instrument close. I share how working with her in metta meditations helped me receive compassion when I wasn’t ready to give it to myself. Plus, a guided ritual to embody her energy in your daily life. Ritual: Find a quiet space and take deep, grounding breaths. Visualize a soft, glowing light in your chest expanding with each inhale—your compassionate energy. Bring to mind someone—or yourself—who needs love, care, or understanding. Send the light to them. Extend the light further: friends, community, the world. Let it flow without expectation. Place your hands over your heart and say: “I am a vessel of compassion. I hear the cries of the world. I give mercy without losing myself.”
