I've listened to this show for at least a year, just hoping it gets better. I'm a long-time IT professional and libertarian/anarchist, and having a podcast that intersects this two interests would be really nice. That is why I've given this show so many chances, but it just continues to disappoint.
This show is almost entirely the host ragging on big companies like Google, Facebook, Amazon, Microsoft, and Apple. Some of this is accurate and well deserved, but a lot of it is hyperbolic, based on rumors, or a lack of understanding. It's just too much negativity for me, and I don't see how anyone can listen to these same tired rants every week. I can't do it any longer.
My other big complaint is the secret-agent robot porn skits, and other creepy sexual references. Maybe he thinks he being cool and hip, but to me it just comes off as a creepy old man being a pervert.
I'd much rather he focused on new tech, and how to use tech to expand liberty. There's been so many recent innovations that libertarians would be interested in, and I really wish there was a decent podcast that covered it. Bring some positivity to balance out the doom and gloom.
