    Ep. 19 Let me be lazy

    As this year comes to a close, we are often pushed to reflect about how are year went and want new expectations and goals must be met next year. We are filled with guilt and anxiety that this past year did not go as planned and we force our selfs to try even harder the next year. But, what if we didn't, what if we decided that next year we just want to go with the flow and learn to be happy and at peace with the little and not so little moments of our life. Could we find more happiness and less anxiety that way? I think so. It probably won't be easy but I really think it will be worth it. In this episode I want to remind you that it's ok to be lazy and do nothing and just enjoy life without crazy expectations. Remember you are human, so be kind to yourself in every way you can. It's ok to take breaks, to take care of yourself, and be lazy.

    Ep. 18 Nostalgia and healing your inner child

    In this episode, we talk about how nostalgic moments can help us heal our inner child, improve our confidence, and help us gain more self love. We all have trials and traumas and in a way we are victims of society. It's ok to look back on your past and remember the happy and carefree moments and try to emulate them in your today. Some recent clips from old home videos my mom took of me as a child really brought me some hope and insight about how we change into adult and how we can still become happier and better. How we can be child-like and have fulfilling, healed lives our past, present, and future versions deserve.     Yes, all of this is related. I've been M.I.A for about two months already, but I'm back. This episode is a quick update on my life and why I've been gone for so long.     Speaking from recent experience, life has been feeling like a huge mess lately and it makes me a little anxious, but I have to remind myself and ya'll that sometimes life is just about living life. Take it step by step and if it does get a little messy sometimes, cool, it only means that, you're alive. You have so many more days to come, so don't make yourself miserable by focusing on the imperfection, because that imperfection will always be there and that's normal. Your life is great just the way it is, even if right now, you don't feel like you know what's going on in it. Take a breath, and let the next day happen, as it should. You got this!

    Ep. 15 Small Chats: Your Best Friend Eres Tu!

    I know, I know, talking about self love again? Yes! Self-love is important , and while we don't want self love to become a toxic topic, because no one is perfect, it is important to remind yourself about the small things in your self journey. Talking to yourself in a positive, delicate, and kind manner will help you grow in confidence and help others know how to talk to you as well. If you want others to speak to you kindly, learn to do it to yourself first, and even if other can't talk to you kindly, you won't lose confidence in your self when they do. Learn to be your own best friend, because when all else fails, at least you know you still have yourself to count on and that is the best thing you will probably always have!!

    Ep. 14 Anxiety and I

    A short story time of what my anxiety journey has been in the past 8 years and how it has evolved. I wanted to share my history with anxiety and a few new updates. Anxiety can be hard to explain to others but I just want to tell you don’t give up. It’s ok to have bad days, weeks, and even months with your anxiety but as long as you keep moving forward with your healing, all will be fine. I’m not saying it will be easy, but you owe it to yourself to find happiness and peace. You deserve it!
