Often to my own detriment, I have little problem sharing what's been on my mind: anxieties and fears, my romantic life, goals, hopes and dreams, my current mental state. Rather than overload all my social media friends with the unneeded details of my private life, I've decided to switch to an informal podcast format, a stream of consciousness to help work out my personal problems and organize my thoughts.
