    CONSEQUNCES OF SIN!

    ROMANS 6:23 – “FOR THE WAGES OF SIN IS DEATH, BUT THE GIFT OF GOD IS ETERNAL LIFE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD THE PENALTY OF SIN IS SPIRITUAL DEATH AND SEPARATION FROM GOD IN A PLACE OF JUDGMENT CALLED HELL. IF YOU REJECT JESUS AND DO NOT ACCEPT SALVATION, THE PENALTY IS SPIRITUAL DEATH. GOD IS GRACIOUS, BUT SIN HAS TERRIBLE CONSEQUENCES. GOD CAN FORGIVE SINS WHEN WE CONFESS TO HIM WHAT WE HAVE DONE WRONG. HOWEVER, THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES FOR OUR SIN. FORGIVENESS DOES NOT IN ANY WAY NULLIFY GOD’S DISCIPLINE. YOU MAY SAY, “IF GOD FORGIVE ME FOR MY SIN, WHY ARE THERE CONSEQUENCES, EVEN THOUGH WE ARE FREE FROM THE PENALTY OF SIN, THERE ARE NATURAL CONSEQUENCES FOR SIN. IF YOU KILL AN INNOCENT PERSON, GOD WILL FORGIVE YOU, BUT YOU ARE GOING TO JAIL. IF YOU STEAL AND GET CAUGHT, YOU MIGHT IT BE ARRESTED. GOD FORGIVES, BUT AGAIN THE CONSEQUENCES FOR YOUR SIN WILL BE ON YOU AND PERHAPS OTHERS. COMING TO CHRIST DOES NOT ERASE THE TEMPORARY EFFECTS OF SIN, BUT OUR SALVATION DOES GUARANTEE THAT WE WILL NOT FACE THE ETERNAL CONSEQUENCES OF SIN. 3/10/26

    FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT!

    FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT The fruit of the Spirit, found in Galatians 5:16-26, is made up of the nine qualities or gifts. Love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not doing whatever you want. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires and living by the Spirit of God. We are not under law but under grace because Jesus Christ already paid the penalty of the law. If a Christian operates by the law, he is operating by the flesh (Romans 7:8-11). LOVE: This type of love is what makes it possible for believers to communicate and be at peace with one another. JOY: It is an inner gladness that leads to a cheerful heart and a cheerful heart leads to cheerful behavior. PEACE: “And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6-7). FORBEARANCE: When we’ve learned to wait upon the Lord, we find it easier to forbear with our brothers and sisters (1 Peter 3:8). KINDNESS: Kindness is the characteristic that led God to provide salvation for us. GOODNESS: Goodness is virtue and holiness in action. FAITHFULNESS: It refers to being loyal and trustworthy GENTLENESS: This means we must show tenderness and consideration for others. SELF-CONTROL: To control oneself. It involves moderation, constraint, and the ability to say “no” to our desires and fleshly lusts. The Spirit cannot lead Christian unless they walk in the Spirit. Unless the Holy Spirit fills us, He will not lead us. The Holy Spirit is the one who engages us to live the Christian life. We can never live that life in our power. 03/03/26

    TAKE THE LIMITS OFF GOD!

    Take the limits off God Ephesians 3:20---- “God can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us” Scriptures tell us that no one should limit God because God is limitless and has Immense power. John 10:10: He is a LIMITLESS God, and in Him we can have a limitless life, and have it more abundantly; How do you take the limits off God? (for Your Life) You must believe his Word, every spoken word in his Scripture. Matthew said, “If you had faith, even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mountain move from here to there, and it would move. The Israelites placed limits and boundaries on God—the same God who part the “Red Sea” the same God who provided “quail and manna” in the wilderness, the same God who kept them from “sickness and disease,” the same God who kept their clothes and shoes from “wearing out.” IMPORTANT--- 1. Overcoming Unbelief: Shifting from a mindset of doubt to one of faith. 2. Avoiding Comparisons: Not measuring God's potential based on others limitations. 3. Expecting the Unexpected: Believing that God can do more than you can ask or imagine. 2/27/26

    WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE PRAY!

    What Happens When We Pray  Matthew 7:7-9--- is the theme Scripture—Part of it is--“Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” In the sermon on the Mount, Jesus presented three realms of prayer – ASK, SEEK, AND KNOCK. The Tabernacle shows us how to enter into God’s presence, and it uses the Tabernacle as a map that leads us through those three life changing realms, from the outer court to the Holy Place, and then into the Holy of Holies where the Holy Spirit comes down and guides us. 1) There is the Asking Realm – which is--- The Outer Court—1st realm 2) The Seeking Realm – The Holy Place—2nd realm 3) The Knocking Realm – The Holy of Holies—3rd realm Asking begins in the outer court, where we make our requests known to him; Then next we move into the Holy Place where we begin to seek God. The third realm of prayer- the Holy of Holies- is the place of knocking and partnership with God. He speaks in the Holy of Holies, not in the outer court or the Holy Place. So Now, we can all Ask, Seek, and Knock and Receive all there is and hear from Our God If We have Faith the size of a Mustard seed. 02/17/26

    PULLING DOWN SPIRITUAL STRONGHOLDS!

    A SPIRITUAL STRONGHOLD IS A HARMFUL PATTERN OF THOUGHTS, ATTITUDE, OR BELIEF THAT CAN BE DIFFICULT TO BREAK FREE FROM. IT DESTROY MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, OR SPIRITUAL BARRIERS THAT OPPOSE THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD. IT IS HARMFUL, AND THAT IS WHY IT IS A STRONGHOLD, BECAUSE IT HOLDS US IN BONDAGE, IT IS WHAT WE THINK ABOUT. IF IT IS BAD WE ARE CAPTIVE TO THE BAD THOUGHTS, AND WHEN WE CANNOT LET GO OF BAD THOUGHTS. IT BECOMES A PROBLEM IN OUR LIFE. 2 CORINTHIANS 10:3-6 SAID, “CASTING DOWN IMAGINATIONS, AND EVERY HIGH THING THAT EXALTED ITSELF AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, AND BRINGING EVERY THOUGHT INTO CAPTIVITY EVERY THOUGHT TO THE OBEDIENCE  OF CHRIST. REMEMBER THAT ALTHOUGH WE WALK IN THE FLESH, WE DO  NOT WRESTLE AGAINST THE FLESH. FOR THE WEAPONS OF OUR WARFARE ARE NOT CARNAL BUT MIGHTY THROUG GOD TO THE PULLING DOWN OF STRONGHOLDS. THERE ARE FOUR CENTRAL STRONGHOLDS OF THE MINS. THERE ARE MORE, BUT WE WILL ADDRESS THESE FOUR MAIN ONES. FEAR, CONFUSION, ANGER, AND DESPAIR. A PERSON WITH A SPIRITUAL STRONGHOLD WILL FIND IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO SHAKE OFF OR DISMISS HARMFUL THOUGHTS FROM THEIR THINKING, AND IT BEGINS TO OVERWHELM THEIR MIND TO THE POINT WHERE THEY ARE CONTROLLED BY IT. THE BIBLE ENCOURAGES US TO PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOR OF GOD AND TO RECOGNIZE THE SPIRITUAL FORCES THAT ARE COMING AGAINST US.. WE OVERCOME THROUGH PRAYER AND FASTING, WHICH CAN RELEASE GOD’S STRENGTH TO DISLODGE DEMONIC STRONGHOLDS AND ATTACKS ON OUR MINDS. VICTORY BELONGS TO US AND “GOD HAS NOT GIVEN US A SPIRIT OF FEAR, BUT OF POWER, LOVE AND A SOUND MIND” (2 TIMOTHY 1:7). 2/10/26

    THE ACTIVITES OF SATAN

    There are a variety of names that Satan has, from the fierceness of a Dragon has an attractive name as an angel of light. With these names, Satan can adapt himself and his tactics to suit the person and the Occasion. Satan is not all-knowing; however, he studies and observes our behavior, and he can predict with a high degree of accuracy what will Best defeat us. Satan made concerted attempts to prevent Christ from dying for the sins of the world, like Herod’s killing of children under 2 Years old when Jesus was a baby in Bethlehem. Satan uses a counterfeit tactic to deceive the nation, letting them believe they can govern righteously and bring peace without God’s presence and rule. Satan in relation to unbelievers, he blinds their minds so that they will not accept the Gospel. Satan imprisons believers to prevent the spread of the Gospel and to make them fearful of witnessing. Remember your defense---- the armor of God—6 pieces —1) the shield of faith 2) the helmet of salvation, 3) the breastplate of righteousness, 4) the shoe of peace 5) the belt of truth, and 6) the sword of the Spirit. 2/3/26

    1 CORINTHIANS 12:4-11 TELLS OF THE NINE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. THIS TEACHING IS TAUGHT I THREE SERIES. TWO WEEKS AGO SERIES ONE AND TWO WERE TAUGHT. TONIGHT THE TEACHING IS ON THE LAST THREE GIFTS. THEY ARE THE UTTERANCES OR INSPIRATIONAL GIFTS. GIFT OF PROPHECY, DIFFERENT KINDS OF TONGUES, AND INTERPRETATION OF TONGUES. THE GIFT OF PROPHECY DOES TWO DIFFERENT THINGS. GIFT OF PROPHECY IS FORE-TELLING AND FORTH-TELLING.. THEY ARE SUPERNATURAL GIFTS.  FORE-TELLING REVEALS THE FUTURE EVENTS, IT IS TO PREDICT, WHEREAS FORTH-TELLING REVEALS THE PRESENT, LIKE PREACHING OR TEACHING THE WORD OF GOD THAT IS ALREADY IN THE SCRIPTURES. GIFT OF TONGUES IS A VOCAL GIFT. GIFT OF TONGUES IS DONE IN YOUR DEVOTIONAL LIFE, YOU USE IT IN YOUR PRAYER LIFE FOR PRAYING AND WORSHIPPING GOD. IF TONGUES IS USED IN PUBLIC, THERE MUST BE AN INTERPRETER TO INTERPRET WHAT IS SAID, AND THAT PERSON WILL HAVE THE GIFT OF INTERPRETATION. THE INTERPRETATION OF TONGUES. IS NOT A TRANSLATION AS SOME PEOPLE WOULD SAY IT IS A GIFT FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT THAT ENABLE THE PERSON TO INTERPRET THE TONGUES. 1/27/26

    1 Cor. 12:4-11 TELLS OF THE NINE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT IN THE FIRST SERIES—PART ONE I EXPOUNDED ON THE FIRST THREE GIFTS. THOSE ARE THE REVELATION GIFTS. THE WORD OF WISDOM, THE WORD OF KNOWLEDGE AND THE DISCERNING SPIRIT. THIS WEEK IN THE SECOND SERIES PART 2 I WILL TEACH ON THREE MORE GIFTS. THE POWER GIFTS. THE GIFTS OF FAITH, THE WORKING OF MIRACLES AND THE GIFT OF HEALINGS. THIS GIFT OF FAITH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE FAITH YOU RECEIVED AT SALVATION, THAT IS NATURAL FAITH. THIS GIFT OF FAITH IS A SUPERNATURAL FAITH OR A SPECIAL FAITH THAT COMES FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT. A PERSON NEEDS THIS FAITH TO COMMAND HEALING AND MIRACLE, LIKE RAISING THE DEAD. MOST OF THESE GIFTS WORK TOGETHER, BECAUSE WITHOUT THIS SUPERNATURAL FAITH NO HEALING OR MIRACLES CAN TAKE PLACE. PAUL TOLD US TO “COVET” THESE GIFT IF YOU SO DESIRE. MIRACLE IS INSTANTANEOUS, WHILE HEALING IS PROGRESSIVE AND SOMETIMES HEALING CAN COME FROM MEDICINE, THE DOCTOR GIVES. WHEN JESUS WAS ON EARTH, HE HEALED MANY WHO CAME TO HIM TO BE HEALED. 1/13/26
