    Meet Janet Bergamo! She's a health & wellness coach, a 200hr yoga teacher in spiritual yoga, a 3rd degree black belt in taekwondo, and has a post masters in behavioral analysis. She works as a patient access supervisor in the ER at a children’s hospital and has been working in healthcare for over 25yrs--the last 8yrs in leadership. She's also am a mom to a 19yr son---He is her WHY!
