    Becoming in Boredom

    While making this podcast I observed and spoke to a lot of people about what is boredom to them, the common thing which I got to know that it was a confused state where they can't figure out their actions and the activities. And it's okay to leave and relax but confusing relaxing with boredom can be not that good. Our cultural attachments to our phones have also lead the boredom go away with just a swipe and scroll. But we are missing the fact that it has a lot to give. Our thought process can be developed through creative thinking in boredom and there's a lot to it. I hope you'll like this episode.
