In this episode, I tell a story as an ode to Nairobi. I wrote this short episode with full awareness that this is a city can not be explained in a short episode, it can only be consumed in digestible pieces and that to truly live it, you have to experience it.

In this episode, I come back after a few months of being MIA and decided to do an interlude. I genuinely believe that  one of the things that has brought me so much joy, and contentment this year has been good conversations with friends, family and strangers. I therefore chose to have a conversation with you through this episode as we get back to regular episodes. Thank you for even in the smallest way for being part of this episode.

In this episode I tell a story about an experience that was painful to go through not necessarily physically but emotionally. I think in general life sometimes can lead you through experience that are so grinding and paralyzing, you end up with a lot of questions and doubts. I also know that we are all struggling in one way or another with pain, fear, shame, doubt, rejection and maybe if we talk about them more, we wouldn't be walking around with so much hurt and pain?
