    Episode 26 Support Systems

    You you plan to have kids many things come to mind that you think about before the big day. Now it's a bit much to think you are going to think of everything you are going to come across as a parent and then plan for it. And who could have predicted a pandemic? Sone thing that can be overlooked is having a solid support system. Having the right baby food or passy that wont mess up their teeth (they all do) is so much less important than having a solid support system. People who you trust and you can lean on when things get tough. And things will be tough at some point or many points of this wonderful journey called parenthood.     Episode 25 Potty Training. Will we ever be trained?

    There is nothing like a Dr. visit to the Pediatrician to make you feel like your child is not where they should be developmentally. At our last visit we were asked if we had started potty training. We had but stopped so after that visit we decided to try it again.... TRY is being used heavily in this case.     Episode 24 Sleep Regression

    To this day we still say sleep training was one of the best choices we made as parents. The one thing that is the great equalizer is sleep regression. Whether you sleep trained or not this nasty little part of parenting has a way of sneaking up on you and lasting for a while.  So if you are not prepared it will ruin your nights sleep.
