We all know that we ‘should’ practice stewardship, but if someone asked you why, what would you say? Join us for the final video in our “I am a Steward” series as Sarah Cook explores a few different ways God invites us to practice stewardship based in the scriptures. Sarah beautifully describes how our motivation is two fold and is not all about following a command. She is vulnerable about a time in her life that Jesus taught her how to trust him to provide day after day and she challenges all of us to not just do stewardship, but to become a disciple of Jesus.

We may have been told and may be familiar that God desires us to give a tithe, but we often do not consider the spiritual growth that happens as a result of giving a tithe. Bill & Suzanne share with us the profound impact their stewardship journey has made on their lives of faith and how God continues to challenge them today. Jim & Carla share their story for how their stewardship has changed now that they have entered into retirement with lessons that are applicable for those who are still working, those near retirement, or those who have retired long ago. Their heart to be used by God in service to the people around them comes clearly through as they challenge us all to intentionally use our time with our gifts and abilities.
