    REFLECTION

    2022 was a rollercoaster and definitely had many ups and downs. I learned a lot of things last year but the management of fear and stress stands out the most.  My goals for 2023 have no limitations for a reason and it's because if I can do better than my goal then I want that potential to be available in my mind. A goal is having a objective with no limitations and those are the type of goals I have in mind for myself.

    My experience was amazing and it was all because I had the most amazing people taking care of me in Nairobi. I appreciate everyone who made me feel so welcome and special. I hope to visit soon. THANK YOU :) :) Sending Hugs and Love.

    NAIROBI PART ONE

    I had the most amazing experience in Nairobi and wish I could return. I enjoyed my time there. Super happy I got to meet my new friends and catch up with old friends. I got in some networking too. It is the best place to reset and hope I return soon.

    FLIGHT

    Travel is really exciting and addictive. I really enjoyed my first experience on a plane. Thank you to Harun for making it so simple for me. I wish I stayed longer in Nairobi but there is always next time. To more adventures and trips for the new year. In the sky is where I am meant to be and I could not be happier when I am there.

    TURN AROUND

    Bad things can happen. It is how you face them that shows who you are. I am definitely a fighter because despite how things went I knew what I wanted and I was willing to fight for it.     EXCITEMENT

    Being excited is one of those strong emotions we all feel at one stage in our lives. It is my favorite emotion because my eyes light up and my smile has my teeth showing. It is also a very strong emotion. Do not be afraid to express your excitement in the way that makes you feel most comfortable. I am not very showy about my positions, but I celebrate and am excited in different ways. Embrace your emotions and celebrate them. Do not dismiss them because of what others may think.

    PRESSURE

    It is a funny thing because it can bring out the best in some people depending on how you choose to view it. I think the trick is to take it and see what you can learn from it. Use its power to your advantage. It’s the smallest nudge in the right direction. Diamonds are made under tremendous pressure choose your tremendous pressure. Then overcome it and conquer it. Also, remember that when you want something look at the whole picture, not just the results or the moment of success. Understand that it is a journey and they are not easy at all but very doable.

    GRADUATION VERSION 2.0

    Graduation is definitely the best time of the year for every student. Since it is very close to exams for university and matric students, I think it is the right time to wish everyone well for exams. Believe in yourself and have faith. It feels terrible now but there is light at the end of the tunnel. You can do it !!! Do not lose heart just work hard.
