    Illumination, Self-Talk, And The Sacred Throat: A Guided Ceremony For Creative Expression

    Sound Healing & Meditation with the Full Moon - Interview with Kristof Lambregts

    Send us Fan Mail I'm looking forward to sharing this interview with you. I had the opportunity to work on a collaborative project with Kristof Lambregts of Belgium. He created a sound healing track and I infused it with Reiki energy and a guided meditation. Our inspiration was the energy of the full moon. The cosmic language of sound speaks directly to our souls, bypassing the analytical mind and touching something deeper within us. Kristof joins us to share his journey through music and sound. As a sound healer and meditation teacher, Kristof works intuitively with the instruments he plays from singing bowls to gongs to chimes. Our conversation explores the fascinating process behind creating effective sound journeys. We were then able to blend the healing work we each do into one piece to allow listeners to sit in the beautiful liquid energy of the moon.
