11: Pride, Pressure, & Belonging (Jesus the Lamb & the Shepherd)

11: Pride, Pressure, & Belonging (Jesus the Lamb & the Shepherd)

Do you ever fall into the traps of pride or despair? Do you ever feel the pain of not belonging? Today we study the third and fourth "I Am" statements of Jesus and see Him as both the Lamb of God and the Good Shepherd.

Key verses: John 9+10, Isaiah 40:11

    Key takeaways:
    1. Because Jesus is the Lamb you can trust Him as your Shepherd.
    2. Both pride & pressure are unhealthy responses to feeling like you don't belong
    3. You are seen, known, loved, & wanted by the God of the universe (& nothing you do or don't do will change that Truth!)

A must for Moms!

I LOVE Audrey and this podcast! As a busy momma I love to spiritually snack on this podcast daily! It’s the perfect thing to fit in real quick when I’m in a rush, ensuring I never have an excuse to skip out on Gods word. I don’t use it to replace my own scripture and quiet time for the day, but I love that I get this time with Audrey’s sweet voice and insightful teaching each day!

Just what I was looking for

I look forward to this podcast every morning. I was looking for something that I could listen to on my commute into work each morning that was light and would get my head and heart in the right spot for the day. If you are looking for a way to learn more about scripture and application I would definitely recommend this podcast!
