I’m a BSN student who is hoping to pursue a Nurse Practitioner license, so I am a mega nerd when it comes to science. It’s so nice hearing about all the wonderful women who have made contributions to the STEM fields. I just discovered you all yesterday and have already listened to at least five episodes. Really loving this well-executed, thoughtfully researched, entertaining and educational podcast. The women they profile are fascinating and well worth the attention, and the hosts' chemistry is fun and charming, avoiding the pitfalls of so many "banter-y" podcasts that become boring too quickly--these two are always entertaining and enjoyable.

Oh wow, this is such an awesome podcast - gals, science, thoughtful discussion and humor all together? YES PLEASE! I've taught and mentored college women in STEM for most of my career, and I wish I'd had this podcast earlier to share with them - it's so incredibly encouraging to know that you have a community of other brilliant, kind people to relate to and learn from. Emma and Emlyn, you rock!!

As a junior in high school preparing for college, I find it stressful and at times so frustrating when my fellow peers in class cannot accept that there is a possibility that they may be wrong and I may be right (sometimes) and none of it is based off the fact that I am solely a woman. This podcast has given me confidence in my ability to do what I love, which is math and science, and also admit when I’m wrong to grow and further advance the narrative of knowledge rather than continue to hold it back like many insecure individuals do (all genders). This podcast makes me happy and reassures me when I feel inadequate in school compared to others who don’t want to listen or collaborate with me out of fear that maybe they’ll be wrong about something. It has opened my eyes to the world and helped me realize that as a planet we can all come together and grow in knowledge and it doesn’t matter what gender or how much you know! If there’s a will, there’s a way :,) So thank you for inspiring me to continue to do what I love (physics) and for helping in giving me the confidence to leave all the bs behind and grow with those who are willing to listen and also help point out points of needed improvement. <3

This podcast makes learning about important/historical women accessible and easy. They do their research and deliver the content in a nice conversational style.

What I love: The background research done for each podcast is fabulous. What I don’t like: I am not a big history fan, and it is very heavy history. This would be a plus for the history buffs out there. Highlights: I love the two women who host the podcast. They are very likeable and make me laugh. @laurawritessci

In addition to boasting an awesomely clever name, STEM Fatale features charming hosts delivering incredibly informative content (plus their theme song is catchy). You’ll learn. You’ll laugh. You’ll want to listen again. Bravo for sharing the stories of underrepresented women!

What's better than boss science ladies talking about other boss science ladies? Sometimes these types of podcasts can be a little dry, but the ladies at STEM Fatale do a great job of keeping it light and humorous while still being educational AF. The women they cover, both past and present, are all amazing, often inspirational, and the Emma and Emlyn do a great job of telling their stories.

This podcast is great. I enjoy hearing about inspiring women across all different fields of science, especially when told in such an entertaining way! It has me laughing out loud while running or working in the lab. If I’ve recently told you a fun fact about women in science, I likely learned it though this podcast.
